Following our wedding, we had a reception at The Ritz on Buffalo Creek. It was a magical experience. The five-acre property has two ponds with fountains and a floating dock. The chef prepared a whole hog, which was featured in the buffet line. We received so many compliments from our guests.

They were truly delightful to work with and explained their concept to us in detail. One thing that we really liked about the venue was the ability to choose our own vendors. We were not required to have any designated service. This allowed us to control the costs of the wedding without being pressured to have an open bar or a DJ if we did not want one. The venue itself is beautiful, and it has too many features to list. Another factor that influenced our decision is its location. It is only minutes from Dallas, and there are numerous lodging choices and B&Bs located nearby.

I attended a fiftieth wedding anniversary party at The Ritz. The facility is beautiful. There are so many unexpected focal points. It features so many unexpected features, from the hand-made wrought-iron staircase to the 100' TV, which showed pictures and videos of the couple throughout their married life. This is truly an exceptional venue for any occasion.
